Resignation of Chief Operating Officer

On July 20, 2022, Angel F. Gonzalez, Chief Operating Officer of Hartman Hartman Short Term Income Properties XX, Inc. (the “Company”), resigned as Chief Operating Officer of the Company to pursue other interests, effective immediately.
